The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, displaying a level of friendliness and professionalism that made us feel right at home. The hotel offers a fantastic all-inclusive food experience, with a variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the dining experience was consistently excellent throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated right on the first line with easy access to the beach. The sunbeds and umbrellas provided by the hotel made our beach days incredibly relaxing and comfortable. We were particularly pleased with our premium sea view room, which was offered to us upon arrival. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. Overall, our stay at Palm Beach Hotel was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional. Special mention must go to the amazing restaurant staff—the cooks, waiters, and bartenders—who were simply the best. Their professionalism and warmth added a special touch to our experience! The food was another highlight of our visit. The hotel offers a wonderful variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes and special evenings. There was plenty of fish, seafood, meat and veggies. The beach was nice and clean with fine sand and free sunbeds for hotel guests. Everything was excellent. This is our second time at PalmBeach Hotel and did not regret the choice. Together with our Golden Retriever dog, we had a beautiful vacation, thanks to the wonderful staff. We had a problem with one of the beds on the first night, the staff immediately helped us out, offering many options to choose from-and in the end everything was great. The restaurant is amazing, even for Vegetarians there are so many options to choose from, and really diverse meals on daily basis. From all my travelling experience, this is the single hotel where everybody - from reception / chefs / bartenders / room cleaning - everybody was really trying their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Pam Beach for making our vacation such a lovely experience, again :).

The hotel is located in the first row of hotels, you have to cross the cliff and you are on the beach. It has an area of sunbeds with umbrellas and a bar on the beach. The hotel has a swimming pool, which I thought was adequate in size. The rooms have internet and televisions, and the air conditioning cools well. The staff is very available and helps you in all situations. The food is good and varied and very good cakes, which didn't seem bought in a box. The staff who clear the tables are very prompt. The young training team at the pool makes the children feel really good, they can't wait for the evenings, when they dance on the stage at the pool.

You have sunbeds included in the price , but you need to get up really early to reserve them although there is a policy of no reservation stated by the hotel. The apartment is very spacious . The food is delicious and you have a lot of dishes to choose from. The staff is very friendly and all problems raised by us were resolved very quickly. There is animation for the children , a pool for them and playground inside and outside.
